Jennifer Jowett represents buyers and sellers throughout Tampa Bay and St. Petersburg, as well as Miami, Miami Beach, and surrounding communities. She combines a background in real estate and transaction law with attentive service and a clear understanding of the decisions that shape a successful purchase or sale.

After attending the University of Central Florida, she began her career in the legal field before becoming a real estate advisor. That foundation informs her methodical approach, attention to detail, and ability to guide clients through the transaction process with clarity and confidence.
With roots in Pinellas County dating to 1998 and a part-time residence in Miami Beach, she brings firsthand familiarity with both Florida markets. She listens closely to each client’s priorities and develops a thoughtful approach around their goals, whether finding the right home or positioning a property for sale.
