We are truly lucky we went with her instead of some of the more well known and larger agencies in the area. Indeed, 2 other luxury waterfront realtors told us to list the home for about $1.5M less than Meltem suggested we list it for. Our home was in the $5-7M range, and we were concerned the market wouldn't be as strong, especially this long after COVID. Well, well, well...we are very glad we listened to Meltem, because she totally delivered on her promise and SOLD the home for ~$1M more than we expected! Wow! We are snowbirds, so Meltem even went above and beyond with custom furniture and art staging before her staff took first-class photos and videos. Start to finish, Meltem handled it all. She even met the movers for us after it SOLD, since we were out of town! Look, there might be more well known realtors in St. Petersburg, but Meltem is the best of best if you truly want top dollar for your home and personalized service. Nobody will work harder than Meltem, provide better service, or give you fewer hassles than Meltem. Plain and simple, we will never use another realtor, she has our business for life...she is that good.
